We are a growing recruitment group working across healthcare, education and logistics in the UK market and we are looking for a Junior Credit Controller to support our finance operations in Cape Town.
What You Will Be Doing
Managing the debt collection process across a busy client portfolio.
Chasing payments resolving invoicing issues and maintaining an accurate ledger.
Working closely with recruiters and account managers.
Supporting month-end reporting and cash flow forecasting.
Continuously improving credit control processes.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in credit control within a UK recruitment or professional services environment – non negotiable.
Strong understanding of sales ledger and credit control procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of accounts independently.
Good Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
Experience with timesheet-based invoicing or invoice factoring is a plus.
